IW Youth Council Work Praised
Wednesday, 17th October, 2007 at 8:50 am, Isle of Wight
Following on from the piece last week, encouraging young people to get involved in the democratic process, it’s good to read that work by the IW Youth Council is being praised and cited by Youth Work Now, a website promoted by the National Youth Agency.
It refers to the great result that the Youth Council achieved when it battled for a 50p flat fare across the Island for under 19s.
