Bestival: Londoners Try And Get In On The Act
Tuesday, 10th July, 2007 at 5:22 pm, Isle of Wight
These days everyone wants a piece of the Isle of Wight action.
The latest example is DJ Mikee Lazy who was shortlisted for the Bestival Band and DJ Competition. Lazy he must’ve been, because he didn’t bother reading the terms and conditions to enter the competition and it turns out that he’s really from London (and you know what those Londoners are like!).
Rob won’t stand for that kind of business, cos the competition is for local talent only, so lucky lady DJ Mandy Sugar Hill replaces him in finals next Thursday.

Hi Mike Lazy, don’t worry, we don’t really hold it against you. Had checked out your stuff on myspace before writing the piece and liked it. Good luck in the future.
