The Development Suite at The Liquid Lounge in Union Street Ryde is still going strong with Island artists playing almost every Wednesday and Sunday nights.

Godfrenzy & Dr JonesMost of the events are free and this week Wednesday night (the alternative night) sees Godfrenzy on stage with support from the rather excellent Dr Jones.

I don’t know much about Godfrenzy and couldn’t find a MySpace for them, so Dr Jones gets the bigger plug (although I don’t know if showing off his shiny nose could be considered a plug). The decision is biased, because apart from the fact that he is one of our contributors, we also love his music.

Anyway, as usual action kicks off at 8pm and it’s FREE. Keep it local and show your support.
