John Hannam At Home With The Bees
Friday, 22nd June, 2007 at 11:26 am, Isle of Wight
For any Bees fans out there, make sure you tune into John Hannam on Sunday from noon, as he gets an insight into one of Ventnor’s best exports, The Bees.
The trailer on Isle of Wight Radio says “he’ll be at home with The Bees”. Apparently, “this is their most in-depth interview to date and features the biggest variety of their songs ever played on radio”.
The interview is obviously pre-recorded as The Bees will be wading through the mud at Glastonbury this weekend. They’ve got a semi acoustic set tonight in the Guardian Tent and then perform a full set tomorrow on The World Stage, so if you know anyone going, send them a text and make sure they go along to support The Bees.
Oh, let’s hope they don’t forget the galoshes.
