Yoga At Niton Primary School

Josephine started her weekly yoga classes at Niton Primary School again last night from 6-7.30pm.
If you can’t make the Monday class, there’ll be another on Thursdays starting at 4.30 finishing at 6pm.
Classes are £5 and you don’t need to pre-book.
You never know, if you practice hard enough you might be able to do the pictured move yourself in a few months time!

hahaha i shot that shot for a magazine in new york. they didnt need such complicated poses, but i really wanted a shot with what i was doing. so i asked the photographer to do a polaroid and then i scanned it for the records. anyone can definitly learn to do this!

Don’t you just love the internet?
Thanks so much for letting us use it. I only recently started yoga and see me doing this pose a long way off, but can’t until the day I can!
